In this role, you will be responsible for customer complaint handling and organisation of customer audits.

• Organization, support and follow-up of internal and external customer audits
• Representation of the plant during audits and customer consultations
• Leading interdisciplinary teams to implement corrective measures
• Coordination and processing of customer complaints and customer specifications
• Collaboration in problem-solving and improvement projects in the plant with the Process Engineering and Operations departments
• Support in the creation of risk analyses
• Creating test plans according to article specifications as well as checking and releasing work plans in SAP

• Successfully completed studies in a scientific field (biotechnology, chemical engineering, process engineering, pharmacy or similar)
• Several years of practical work experience in a comparable position and in the field of quality assurance
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• SAP user knowledge is desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Commitment, sense of responsibility, independent and structured working style
• High customer orientation as well as an engaging and confident demeanor
• Very good project management skills and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
