Senior Manager Global Lab Business Applications will act as a program manager for the Global laboratory informatics applications. The successful candidate will use their management and technical expertise to introduce new technologies and assist with enhancement projects to drive the R&D informatics strategy. Targeted projects will include introduction of a new Bio Pharma Life Cycle Management application, gathering requirements for global system interfaces; site deployment activities; upgrade of on prem applications, harmonization efforts for R&D.

  • Process Solution and Partnership : Leverage your business and IT knowledge to provide optimal process solutions that address business needs. Work closely with business teams to deeply understand their processes and decision-making, while collaborating with IT teams to ensure efficient and secure infrastructure and solution delivery.
  • Adherence and Compliance : Ensure adherence to standards, methods, tools, and policies from Global IT and business.
  • Project Management : Manage projects in your area, including budget, resources, change request prioritization, vendor management, and procurement to meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as the Stakeholder Manager for GED (Global Discovery, Early Dev, CMC) and GCC (Generics & Global Small Molecule CMC & Combination Products).
  • IT Roadmap Ownership : Take ownership of the IT roadmap for stakeholders’ IT initiatives.
  • Team Management : Manage all aspects of the IT Informatics SHM Team, including people management.
  • Values and Standards : Uphold Teva’s values and standards in daily work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • People Management : People manage and assist in developing team members to support evolving business needs.
How you’ll spend your day
  • Collaborate with Teva’s Global IT, R&D, and QA functions to address the needs of R&D business stakeholders.
  • Program manage global informatics laboratory applications, assessing and mapping Teva’s current solutions and processes globally to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, identifying new requirements and technical solutions.
  • Lead projects to introduce automation, freeing scientists to focus on scientific work.
  • Foster collaboration between business and IT at all levels.
  • Develop team members to support evolving business needs.
  • Ensure deployed solutions comply with Data Integrity requirements for Laboratory systems.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, degree in life sciences, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a program management role.
  • Proven experience working as a project and program manager
  • Successful experience working in a team environment and with a multi-disciplinary and global team.
  • Experience in people management
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of cGMP and its implementation to laboratory instrumentation and laboratory processes.
  • Extensive experience in regulated biotech or pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience in regulated environment (GLP, GCP or GMP) – preferred
  • Experience in 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP - preferred
  • Experience in SDLC validation methodology and project management (Agile or Waterfall) - preferred
