The Martech & Automation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of marketing automation, project management software implementation, and marketing technology within the Brand, Marketing & Communications department. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis, a 12-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to support campaigns and service lines.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and optimisation of marketing automation workflows and Marketo initiatives.
- Provide access, training and support to team members and other stakeholders on Marketo.
- Project manage the development and enhancement of our martech stack, including but not limited to Workfront, campaign tracking, and data integrity/compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure martech projects meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to the broader marketing automation team, web & SEO team.
- Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing & Communications team to create and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.

- Proven experience in marketing automation, software implementation, and marketing technology.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot. Marketo experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in project management tools such as Workfront, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com highly regarded.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
