Specific topics include AI Governance and Regulatory Compliance (e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR), FINMA (corporate governance, operational risk & resilience), AI risk, data privacy, business continuity management (BCM) and outsourcing / third party risk management (TPRM) with a focus on AI and GenAI. Your tasks will include the analysis and implementation of AI governance frameworks, conducting gap assessments, and ensuring that AI and GenAI practices are in full compliance with the EU AI Act and other related AI Regulatory requirements.

• Qualifications:
  • You have new ideas, an innovative spirit and a strong desire to solve problems in a structured way
  • You are interested in specializing in financial services, specifically regarding AI risk management, operational resilience, TPRM and regulatory topics and ideally have already gained some experience in this area
  • Completed studies (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA) in finance, economics, accounting or another business field, AI related study is a plus
  • You are fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
  • You are a team player with a flexible working style and enjoy working with diverse team
