Key Responsibilities Develop and manage offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the after-sales market
Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs in the after-market services space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings in the after-sales market
Collaborate with inbound AMS offering manager, cross-product offering managers, and AMS delivery leader to define, deliver, and commercialize AMS offerings to market
Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for after-market services
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities in the after-sales market
Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies for after-market services
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the after-sales market
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles
Understanding of After Market Services Business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
