Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders and managing customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience in supporting enterprise customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch, capacity planning), escalation management, or Information Technology (IT) consulting roles.
Experience with customer digital transformations using cloud-based solutions and managing agreements across engineering, business, support, professional services and distributed teams.
Experience in designing services architectures for delivery.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience with navigating customer organizational structures, developing and promoting services solutions and on-time delivery.
Experience in translating business requirements into technological solutions with excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and management skills.
Experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers.
Experience in collaborating with teams, groups, business units, channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems or content delivery networks.
