- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience from a technology elite unit).
- 10+ years of experience in software quality, preferably in a global SaaS company within an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, with experience in implementing best practices.
- Strong technical background, including experience working with cloud-based, large-scale SaaS products, continuous integration (CI) tools, and testing and monitoring solutions such as XRAY and DataDog.
- Expertise in API testing, automation frameworks, and scripting.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across multiple teams.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
