Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's with equivalent experience considered).

Software development experience with proven expertise in Python, Java, or C++.

Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications.

Strong track record with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI technologies (OpenAI API, LangChain, HuggingFace).

Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their enterprise applications

Track record of successful technical leadership in AI/ML projects

Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI/ML
