- Experience managing end to end software engineering programs.
- Experience with matrixed leadership roles, leading other program managers through program strategies, project execution, and risk management.

- Ability to run and deliver results on large-scale, complex technical projects and developing strategies to align to business requirements from customers or partner teams.
- Excellent technical, problem-solving and quantitative skills.
