Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, a similar quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role
6 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++)
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of management experience managing small teams of highly skilled analysts
Experience delivering production-level metrics, insights, and actions
Experience writing and maintaining Extracts, Transforms, Loads (ETLs) which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources
Familiarity with abuse prevention, policy, and regulatory systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with responding to high-priority regulatory asks in a timely and appropriate fashion
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
