As a Consultant ranked Data Analyst in the AI & Data service line at EY, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-impact projects. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs; and design, build and test data models, data pipelines, advanced analytics models, intuitive dashboards or AI solutions that drive measurable value.

  • Supporting project teams, and stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data and AI, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our service offerings.
  • Knowledge of AI and Data will be instrumental in helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and data, ultimately enabling them to achieve their strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in data analysis, data science, artificial intelligence, or analytics, with an ability to learn how to apply their knowledge to help address complex business problems in a consulting environment. The background could come from either studies or from direct experience as this role is suitable for those starting out, or within the first two years of their career.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Support AI and data projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Help collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI and data solutions that drive value and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Help to design, develop, and implement data and AI solutions to solve business problems.
  • Conduct data analysis, data engineering and/or data visualization to uncover insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Support by providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Have a degree in a business of data related discipline.
  • Ideal but not essential would-be practical knowledge with one or more of the following; Snowflake, PowerBI or Databricks.
