What You'll be Doing:

• Champion root cause debug efforts on liquid-cool data center board RMA product returns

• Set-up and debug of liquid-cooled data center platform products with a variety of components.

• Analyze, coordinate, and perform failure analysis activities to identify root cause of customer reported issues.

• Generate 8D failure analysis reports and/or presentations for management and external customer review and discussion.

• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are identified, implemented and effectiveness verified to address the root cause of quality complaints.

• Perform detailed data analysis to correlate customer failures with internal production data to help understand root cause, risk, and exposure.

• Create and review failure pareto trends based on customer failure information and recommend vital actions for continuous improvement with multi-functional team.

• Design, implement and maintain failure analysis protocols, processes, and methods for analyzing field return products.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to address any potential quality gaps and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures.

• Quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements.

What we need to see:

• BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) or other related engineering field

• 8+ years of failure analysis experience on liquid-cooled data center products

• Experience with data center liquid cooling technologies (direct-to-chip, immersion, in-rack etc.)

• Knowledge of data center system architecture and components such as servers, storage devices, network devices, power supplies, cooling systems, security, and software.

• Familiar with liquid-cool data center system testing methods and management tools.

• Knowledge on Linux system and Linux Shell Scripts.

• Exceptional problem solving and Failure Analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• The technical background of server products designverification/validation,production testing, or statistical analysis is a plus.

• Experience in leading internal and external multi-functional teams in failure analysis activities.

• Excellent structured problem solving, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
