Job responsibilities:
- Lead project teams or process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee performance of trainers.
- Identify the training needs of the different departments within the organization.
- Draw overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the organization.
- Facilitate one-on-one and/or group training sessions.
- Ensure that questions are identified in the training session or sessions are answered and that all efforts to build confidence in usage are employed.
- Complete all online documentation and productivity within guidelines and according to the established SLAs.
- Update the systems of record (multiple systems) to ensure that the actions taken are clear for other areas that might access the records to further assist now or in the future.
- Assess and resolve issues, which includes escalating concerns when appropriate and ensuring that all follow up for unresolved inquiries or issues occur in a timely fashion.

- Strong business, product, and process knowledge.
- Strong level of attention to detail, ability to multitask with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Cebu and on any shift.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- At least 3+ years of training delivery experience and ability to deliver complex information in a simple, and logical manner (e.g., walk through, test resolution).
