Intern Program Details
You’ll join a community of interns and participate in events curated just for you, including skills workshops and intimate sessions with Executive leaders. You will be assigned a manager to guide and support you through our individualized GROW Professional Development process. You’ll also receive a mentor to provide day-to-day advice as you become the best professional version of yourself.
As a graduate intern in one of our groups, you’ll work on projects essential to the future of our organization. These projects are designed to provide rich, real-world experience as a window into each career field.
Internship opportunities for Master’s and PhD candidates could include roles in areas such as:
- : Drive financial and accounting support for the company
- HR: Providing valuable resources for employees and maintaining the company’s culture
- Marketing:Providing creative resources for internal customers
- Operations: Operational support analyzing supply chain through optimization and efficiencies.
- Sales:Provide world-class service to our medical and healthcare clients
- Research & Development:Ensures the development of leading software solutions
- Software Development:Work on software and systems engineering projects and programs within the company. Their responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize operations
- Data Analytics:Analyze raw data and use predictive measures to help advance the company.
- Software Testing:Responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet high-quality standards. A Quality Engineer is responsible for developing processes, testing procedures, and implementing systems to ensure that products and processes comply with safety regulations and meet clients' expectations.
- Global Operations Engineering:Work on software and systems that affect the operations side of our business.
- Information Systems:Providing support for cutting-edge technology systems
- Cybersecurity:
Our Internship Program begins May 2024 and runs through August 2024. You'll contribute to challenging projects with high impact during this 10 to 12-week paid internship.

In this role, you’ll need …
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree with at least one quarter/semester to complete after internship.
- Must be available to work full time during the summer months (May – August)
- Must be available to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in one of our three offices:
- Raleigh, North Carolina
- Tempe, Arizona
- San Jose, California
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- To be detailed oriented and well-organized with great time management skills
Nice to haves:
- Involved inside and outside of the classroom
- Strong desire to expand skillset and experience
- Familiarity with MS Suite
