Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection, purchase orders, contracting and vendor relationship management
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
- Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement and facility needs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Support facility operations such as office maintenance
coordination, and office safety compliance
- Procurement and facilities coordination for events and meetings
- Assist in cost control for procurement and facility-related expenses
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes of new / leaving employees.
- Assist in other office daily operations and administrative tasks
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven experience in procurement, facilities coordination, or administrative operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to work
- Excellent skills in Lithuanian and in English
Salary: EUR 2000 – 2400 gross
