- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business-oriented, or public policy field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working within strategy or sales operations groups.
- Experience in managing the planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
- Experience working with international, senior teams and a variety of stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
- Ability to develop and understand strategy.
