As a Senior Consultant AI Change & Adoption, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and supporting AI change-, and adoption strategies, ensuring employees and leaders are engaged and aligned throughout the AI transformation.
Developing and supporting plans for upskilling, communication, leadership alignment and adoption tracking to build trust and confidence.
Designing and delivering upskilling initiatives on AI topics to educate and empower employees.
Measure adoption and impact, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver real business value.
Applying change management and project management practices.
Working alongside clients and leading project workstreams from planning through implementation with your team.
Preparing and facilitating client workshops that bring AI adoption strategies to life.
Contributing to generating profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
Influencing and persuading clients and stakeholders to gain support for project-related initiatives and decisions.
Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly around AI adoption and change.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution
A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Change Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within industry or consulting-related roles, with a strong affinity for AI, digital transformation and change.
Proven understanding of Change Management methodologies and the ability to apply them in the context of AI adoption.
Knowledge of the AI landscape (e.g., GenAI, automation, digital tools) and enthusiasm for guiding people and organizations in leveraging these technologies responsibly.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Dutch is preferred.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, human-centered messages for diverse audiences.
Experienced in designing and implementing plans for upskilling, communication, leadership alignment, and measuring adoption.
Skilled in managing stakeholders and client relationships in dynamic and complex environments.
Resilient in stressful situations and able to perform well under pressure.
Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients.

You’ll receive a fixed/temporary contract for 40 hours.
