How will you make an impact?

  • Planning, leading and executing the annual employee experience plan, from ideation to outstanding execution
  • Planning and executing initiatives that promote NICE as an employer of choice
  • Leading employee wellbeing events and celebrations, wellness activities, holidays parties, social/happy hours and more, while constantly raising the bar, creating, and innovating
  • Adding the razzle dazzle and wow factor to employee experience initiatives
  • Bringing a local and culturally-aware flavor to global initiatives coming from Corporate HR Centers of Excellence: enhancing, customizing, and promoting them on-site
  • Managing and collaborating with a variety of external vendors
  • Driving the welcoming experience and orienting new employees
  • Managing the employee experience budget – tracking, allocating and ensuring optimal usage of the budget based on strategic priorities

Have you got what it takes?

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in employee experience roles in a global company
  • Strong project management skills and execution skills
  • Passion, spark and drive to bring creative ideas to every initiative, and turn them into reality
  • Drive to leverage organizational culture and engagement
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • “Hands on” attitude and ability
  • Strong knowledge in market trends, social platforms, and networking
  • Event planning skills – from ideation to execution
  • High energy, high standards
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent communication, collaboration & negotiation skills
  • Strong cultural awareness
