Key job responsibilities- Monitor their Geo’s T2K KPIs/metrics and identify areas requiring additional support or optimization- Oversee the deployment and effective utilization of the T2K operating model components (e.g., Win Room, Fast Track Initiatives, Partner Motions) within each Geo- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, build mechanisms, improve efficiency, and scale the T2K initiative globally
