- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with research in Artificial Intelligence (AI), distributed systems, Machine Learning (ML), data mining, natural language processing, image classification, spam fighting, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Large Language Model (LLM)/Machine Learning tooling and infrastructure.
- Experience in Machine Learning (ML) or Natural Language Processing (NLP) (e.g., adoption in product, accepted papers).
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
