Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall site operations and business performance for TSMC US Arizona, including customer satisfaction, P&L ownership, and budget management.
- Act as the primary interface to the customer, ensuring alignment with TSMC expectations and Applied’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Drive timely and technically oriented responses to customer needs, and proactively develop high-value service solutions.
- Build and maintain a capable workforce to meet current and future service requirements, with a focus on employee development and engagement.
- Collaborate with senior business group leaders to design and implement strategies that address customer challenges and align with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and approval to reporting managers on long-term programs, process design, and operational improvements.
- Define and monitor site-level performance metrics, and report progress against business unit and account-specific goals.
- Take on a long-term assignment based in Arizona, with initial location in Taiwan.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor field service, preferably with exposure to multi-site service operations.
- At least 5 years of people management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop multi-layered teams.
- Prior experience working with TSMC is a plus.
- Technical expertise in any module is welcome (e.g., PVD, CVD, ETCH, FEP, CMP, IMP, etc.).
- Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Passionate about career development and committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese communication.
