Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies such as S/4Hana.
• Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CO solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
• Provide end-to-end support for the entire life cycle of SAP CO projects.
• Work closely with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution effectiveness.
• Conduct user training and create documentation on the use of SAP CO functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP CO modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial reporting and cost controlling processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years SAP implementation experience – ideally implementation and delivery experience (delivering the design documents, configuration of the system, delivering the testing and training deliverables etc.)
• At least one S/4 HANA full lifecycle project
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP CO module implementation and support.
• Understanding of the agile implementation patterns
• Strong understanding and expertise in the SAP CO area (Overhead cost accounting, Internal orders accounting, Profitability analysis, Profit center accounting, Product costing)
• Proficiency in integration topics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of the team
• Strong understanding of SAP CO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design effective SAP CO solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Manufacturing projects/companies
• Fluent English – both written and verbal

• German language knowledge
• Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams
• SAP certification or SAP special training in the relevant functional areas
