- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working with optical networking technologies.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multi-dimensional programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with significant optical network planing and design or field operations in network data centers or colocation facilities.
- Experience defining and migrating workloads between teams.
- Experience in network automation software development, with excellent coding/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go).
- Experience measuring and analyzing metrics, data analysis, process analysis and process improvement for human and automated processes.
