As an Operations Analyst you will support our growing social media team and will assist in planning, auditing and executing the team infrastructure from software oversight to process and procedures. Reporting into the VP of Operations you will report on daily maintenance and project specific statuses.In addition, you will provide administrative support on team execution workflows in areas such as SharePoint, system business use auditing, vendor management, report generation, etc.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the SocialMedia team in management of daily operations from system maintenance, control testing responses and vendor technology
  • Enforce processes that align with the team’s risk-and-control agenda
  • Build and support systems and guides that allow for the most efficient team communications and collaborations such as production management solutions, file storage, etc.
  • Facilitate infrastructure buildouts to new and ongoing systems to the entire Social Media team
  • Assist on internal process support and report deviations for realignment
  • Provide direction and assistance on department processes to team members of different sub-departments to ensure guidelines are being adhered to
  • Create structures around data sets to properly track and catalogue
  • Ensure project goals are met; manage stakeholder needs and expectations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of Program Management or Production Operations experience
  • Ideally speaks fluently in project management functionalities such as process mapping and vendor technology upkeep
  • Effective record keeping skills with a keen interest in implementation of workflows and processes; passion for organization and problem solving.
  • Strong understanding of video formats and best practices for web and digital application
  • Knowledge of copyright clearance, trademark, intellectual property licensing and fair use
  • Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive by nature, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
  • Team player with enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Eager to learn, have fun, contribute and make an impact
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and think critically and innovate to produce high-quality work, strong judgment and decision-making acumen and strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • technology or financial services experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Communications or similar discipline
