Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
4 years of experience in people management or coaching.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support the client management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
15 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles setting strategy, designing and executing complex people programs of global scope, and leading organizations through periods of significant change.
12 years of experience with working in the APAC region like Taiwan.
Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
