Performs a variety of general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, preparing and/or sorting mail.
Serves as a point of contact for internal customers. Contacts are frequently within organization (with the option of limited contacts outside the organization) and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of moderate importance to the organization and may be of a sensitive nature.
Inputs data into assigned systems.
Performs quality checks on functional work, as assigned.
Answers functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.
Viewed as key functional resource for a variety of tasks and projects.
Anticipates and coordinates projects/assignments, organizes own schedule, to meet deadlines. May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming projects, meetings, updates, etc.; identifies future needs to complete projects.
Makes decisions using independent judgment under general guidance.
Creates documents (letters/memos/presentations, etc.) using existing material; ensures document is logical and complete as well as accurate in grammar and spelling; makes suggestions for improvements in existing communications.
Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals as appropriate.
Provides guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information.
May assist with Ethic Committee (EC) submission and approvals. Responsibility may grow over time.
May assist with essential regulatory document collection. Responsibility may grow with over time
Collaboration with others in the support of start-up support activities, as applicable.
What we are looking for in you
Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Fluency (written and spoken) in English, and Polish. Additional European languages would be beneficial.
Ability to multi-task: support several studies and/or personnel simultaneously, work in a very fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a team environment and possess clear, concise communication & presentation skills – written and verbal.
Must be comfortable interacting with clinical research site personnel via phone, email.
