Managing small business customer experiences within live agent channels (contact center, branches, Capital One cafes)
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills that can flex to different audiences, strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, and a deep sense of urgency to own and complete deliverables on-time. Prior experience within bank deposits or marketing organizations are a plus to accelerate the understanding of our business.
General Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Process Management artifacts (e.g., process maps, FMEA, SIPOC)
Drive on-time delivery of internal compliance and governance deliverables (e.g., Business Continuity Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, controls testing)
Design and executes strategies and process improvements to help the team increase quality of delivery and consistency in key processes
Leverage influence and problem solving skills to ensure processes are designed according to intent while mitigating risk
Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent process management and change delivery
Showcase the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage team responsibilities in a dynamic and complex environment
Exhibit excellent communication and partnership skills, interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage the business effectively
Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Lean certification, Six Sigma certification, or Business Process Management (BPM) certification
At least 5 years of experience in Process Management
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
Prior experience in a bank deposits or marketing organization
This role is hybrid meaning associates spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
