As a member of the legal team, you will be required to support a wide variety of legal-related issues, be responsible for

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising and leading the open-source field of the company, including using a scanning system, analyzing results and risks, advising the software and firmware teams on open-source licensing and implementing processes and policies.

• Advising on ongoing legal matters of the company and supporting the different business teams(such as operations, procurement,hardware/software/firmwaredevelopment teams).

• Negotiating and drafting commercial and technology agreements, service agreements and software licensing agreements.

What we need to see:

• Active Israeli bar license

• 5+ years of law firm and in-house experience

• Law degree from a top law school

• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills and ability to solve problems creatively

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to advise all management levels

• Ability to negotiate positively and proactively and work efficiently

• Ability to identify and prioritize key deliverables, to manage large volume of projects and to meet demanding deadlines

• Robust project management skills with devotion to details and organization

• Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Demonstrated experience in the open-source field including working with Black Duck scanning system

• Experience in intellectual property laws and licensing

• Experience in negotiating and drafting wide range of commercial and licensing agreements

• Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and technology
