Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience in designing and working with enterprise mainframe applications and technology which includes: mainframe and iSeries architecture, COBOL, JCL, Cics, RPG, DB2, IMS and other MF technologies.
- Experience designing and architecting modern enterprise production systems for customers.
- Experience implementing enterprise solutions with AI.
- Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems that no one has solved before.
- Excellent people management skills, and ability to present and explain complex ideas/solutions to different audiences.
