Palo Alto Networks continues to build a world-class product management services portfolio and is looking for a Sr. Product Manager for the browser isolation team. In addition to your own creativity, you will rely on interaction with customers, partners, sales, product managers, and cross-functional partners to understand requirements and needs. You will be expected to define and deliver competitive service offerings that help provide a more complete product experience for our customers. Other responsibilities include collaborating with Product Marketing, Technical Marketing Engineers to create product-related sales and marketing materials and evangelizing the services both internally and externally. Given the nature of your portfolio, your success will be highly dependent on how well you can interact with and guide cross-functional organizations within Palo Alto Networks including Product, IT, Support, Professional Services, Consulting Engineers, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Your Impact

• Day-day product management of feature set and strategy of the Browser Isolation.
• Feature prioritization and tradeoff decision making
• Support New Product Introduction processes, support Beta test process, intro and ramp up programs for new features
• Market and customer analysis, requirements development, business case collateral, product strategy, and product positioning and evangelism
• Strong customer focus with active Customer engagement and relationship development
• Provide support to other departments for owned feature set

Your Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years in product management or technical expertise in the browser security space required
• Drive to own full product lifecycle, designing new, innovative, and disruptive products with a customer-centric approach
• Strong Hands-on capabilities with a high interest in new technology products
• Domain expertise in SWG, DLP and browser security
• Strong domain expertise in management tools – hardware, virtualized, cloud
• Strong knowledge of network and security deployments, including high availability and disaster recovery strategies
• Experience working with a cross-functional, cross-geographical team
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in an agile environment of rapid iteration, facilitating collaborative work sessions with multi-disciplinary teams
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex product requirements
• Excellent people skills, team mentality
• Demonstrable track record of successYour Education
  BS/MS or BS/MBA or equivalent experience required
