In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Developer at IBM, you’ll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you will be responsible for:

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
  • Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in the learning industry
  • Proficiency in adult learning methodologies such as Androgrogy
  • Ability to research, analyze, develop, tailor, and/or revise instructional materials.
  • Ability to apply instructional theories and strategies to the content.
  • Experience in different modes of learning such as transformational learning, blended learning etc. Ability to work with content development tools


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Aware of and experience with the “template approach” of learning.
  • Experience in developing the learning roadmap and course outline, Be aware of the different learning technologies and deliverable types.
  • Ability to visualize the graphical representation of content. Any degree with excellent command over English language (oral and written)
