Achieving and exceeding the sales targets for Switzerland
Increasing market penetration with the Direct Touch Accounts team
Leading the Channels team with the development of the channel sales, enhancing the performance of the current partners and extending the market coverage through additional partners
Building strong engagement and relationship with clients, the sales teams and the presales team by executing go to market programs and through account mapping and planning
Managing pipeline generation and accurate forecasting including new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh
Pushing Security Checkups and POCs to empower direct touch relation
Contributing to increase Check Point awareness in the market place, through direct contacts with large accounts, technology consultants, specialized press and by active presence in trade shows and Check Point organized events
Being the brand ambassador of Check Point in Switzerland
Developing local market intelligence and competitive take-out
Developing and coach all sales staff under your supervision
Qualifications
At least 8-10 years of successful experience in IT enterprise sales and channel sales, including at least 5 years in a Team Leader/Sales Director/Country Manager/Regional Director role with direct reports responsibility
Business acumen with good ability to strategize and plan as well as being hands-on when needed
Good understanding of the IT Security market including local insight on competitors, solutions and current trends
Result oriented and action driven
High level of spoken and written business English. Very good German and/or Swiss German would also be desirable.
