Key Responsibilities:

Manages the supply base and relationships with component suppliers, ensuring its maximum performance in terms of deliverability, quality and optimal costs;

Initiates or participates in supply transfer projects for components assigned to suppliers in low cost regions (ER);

Identifies and selects new sources of supply and suppliers that meet the requirements of the company's activity on the local or foreign market, prepares requests for offers, compares and evaluates the offers, participates directly in the evaluation and selection of suppliers together with the other functions involved;

Involved in negotiation commercial conditions and contractual terms with suppliers (prices, delivery terms and conditions, payment terms, etc.);

Maintains and constantly updates the data in SAP regarding the supply of milestones (Material Master, Purchasing Info Record, Vendor Master);

Assists in the performance of any other supply-related duties received from line manager or Commodity Managers EMEA HBT Fire.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree – preferably Economics

2-3 years of previous similar experience

MS Office and good English skills

Good communication skills, enthusiastic and willing to learn
