Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our market presence among subsidiaries and branches of international banks and PSPs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain key relationships with clients, understanding their transaction banking needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies in alignment with global and regional business goals, contributing to overall growth and success.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets and manage a robust new business pipeline, ensuring alignment with defined goals and objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including bankers, global sales officers, risk and compliance, operations, and servicing teams to deliver seamless client experiences and optimize business outcomes.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to management and product teams, influencing the development and enhancement of our product offerings.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing our visibility and reputation within the market.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support the development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Skills:

  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of EMEA Global Payments Solutions (GPS) products and services, with extensive experience in treasury operations and working capital solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven record in business development and managing GPS products, with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
  • Client Focus: Customer-centric approach, balancing risk and profitability while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being highly advantageous.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present to both internal and external audiences, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on banking services within the GPS space.
