As a Cloud Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a 24/7 global team responsible for the day-to-day operations of our SaaS environments.
• Overseeing software upgrades, patches, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Establishing and maintaining robust monitoring systems for SaaS environments.
• Leading incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align cloud services with overall business goals.
• Promoting and enforcing best practices for cloud security, performance, and reliability, to ensure SLA and Uptime compliance.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 6+ years of experience in a tech environment including Devops background
• Have 2+ years of proven experience in a leadership role managing similar teams (e.g. SRE, NOC, etc.).
• Have background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS environments.
• Have proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Have customer-facing experience and exceptional communication skills.
