What a typical day looks like:
- Directly interface as the primary daily point of contact with our internal and external customers.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Manager and ISR team members, Business Development Directors, Program management, Site teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal customers.
- Support and resolve the ISM for external customers, ensuring the customers’ needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Participate in customer meetings and business reviews as needed.
- Support the Inside Sales Manager and the Business Development leader on the implementation and expansion of customers at the site level.
- Work with Flex site teams to manage inventory levels & claims.
- Share insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Track the customer’s sales activities through sales order fulfillment.
- Provide consultative guidance and recommendations to help our customers find the best solution for their needs.
- Allocations & FOL cycles review with Flex sites.
- Able to generate its own sales pipeline and close sales on weekly basis.
- Travel as required
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in in business, marketing, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales or customer services, preferably in Component Distribution or EMS Materials, Project Management, Supply Chain, or similar
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in native language and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and operations
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-drive environment
- Knowledge of component products and distribution channels is a plus
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to proactively identify new business opportunities and pursue them independently.
