HR Services Administrator As a HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the process owner of mandatory documentation and other HR administrative processes. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations by overseeing the documentation process for the Americas region and managing the transition of I9 forms. Your expertise in HR services and attention to detail will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely facilitation to employees and managers. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee documentation, maintaining compliance with legal requirements, and assisting the smooth transition of I9 forms. You will also serve as the point of contact for the project, liaising with Global Operations and HR to ensure effective coordination and communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the process owner of mandatory documentation, including employee files and records.
• Oversee the transition of I9 forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for the project, liaising with Global Operations and HR.
• Work with HR business partners and managers to address documentation needs and provide facilitation.
• Maintain self-assured and data privacy in handling employee information.
• Continuously improve processes and systems related to documentation and I9 transition.


• 1+ year of experience in HR services or a related field

• Advanced English level
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Knowledge in Salesforce
• Experience in managing employee documentation and HR forms
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Ability to handle attuned and self-assured information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
