Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experienceOR equivalent experience.
Electrical Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Electrical Sensor & Meter Audit – Conduct regular audits of sensors and meters to identify calibration needs, ensuring accurate data collection for system monitoring and performance analysis and leverage on the support of the site CE team to achieve this.
Seasonal Readiness – Prepare electrical systems for seasonal operational demands, optimizing maintenance schedules for peak performance.
End of Life (EOL) Management – Drive the planning and execution of electrical equipment lifecycle transitions, maintaining compliance with EOL standards and coordinating with global and regional teams for timely replacement.
Preventative Maintenance Oversight – Supervise high-risk electrical maintenance activities, such as battery discharge testing and switchgear isolations, ensuring safety and operational continuity.
Change Advisory Board (CAB) Participation – Engage in CAB meetings, ensuring procedural accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of electrical system modifications.
Global & Regional Support – Act as a site representative for external teams, providing technical and administrative data for decision-making.
Operational Procedure Review –Perform secondary reviews of maintenance and operational procedures to uphold industry best practices and regulatory standards, and on demand author technical procedures regarding first of kind work, diagnostic work or critical activities.
Utility Consumption & Billing Validation – Monitor and validate energy invoices against EPMS and metering data to ensure billing accuracy.
Site Drawings Management – Maintain up-to-date electrical system schematics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) Implementation – Acknowledge, prioritize, and execute TSBs based on impact and risk assessment, coordinating with relevant teams for effective resolution.
Training & Development – Lead electrical training programs, develop technical content, and support professional development initiatives to enhance team expertise and standardization.
