Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee Go-To-Market (GTM) Activations across Global Markets Portfolio: Aligned to our global strategic priorities and the local market opportunities, develop and oversee the team's roll-out of various GTM activations. Provide strategic guidance to the team and key partners to ensure alignment across various launches.

  • Develop Scalable, Portfolio-Wide Activations Strategy, Built on Playbook & Launch Best Practices: Establish a standardized approach for GTM activations, based on individual market and playbook takeaways, to serve as a basis for the teams to use as a means to accelerate time-to-market.

  • Own Senior Stakeholder Communications, Management & Reporting: Own executive-level deliverables for senior leadership updates and other readouts, effectively communicating strategic insights and progress.

  • Lead & Develop a Team:

About you

  • Demonstrated success in effectively planning and implementing various complex projects within a large organization. A consulting / strategy background is helpful.

  • Proven record of delivery and an ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, being able to influence and collaborate across teams and at senior leadership levels.

  • Exceptional communication skills in verbal and written (both long form and slides), quickly able to gain trust and confidence with people at all levels, including executive leadership.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team

  • Achieved consistent success in managing metrics that greatly influenced business performance and demonstrated strong analytical abilities.

  • Extensive experience with Project, Program management & delivery, with a focus on multi-market initiatives.

  • Proficient at expressing complex challenges, blockers, and problems and partnering with different team members to devise strategic solutions.

  • Highly organized, detailed problem solver who thrives on being efficient and driving scalable processes.

  • Extensive exposure to an ecommerce/marketplaces environment is highly advantageous.

  • Strong excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions) and Google Slides skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story at various levels; Comfortable and hands-on with data, analytics, and modeling to drive strategic decisions.
