In this role, you will:

• Perform various operational tasks on complex securities that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems
• Support securities operations
• Identify ways to improve the overall process
• Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions
• Review time sensitive documents
• Receive direction from supervisor and coordinate situations involving other departments
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant experience voice support (inbound call) and processing in the BPO/Contact Center or Financial services industry
• Amenable to blended role (voice support and processing)
• Preferred background in securities operations (e.g trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income
• Wiling to work on permanent night shift schedule that follow US holidays
• Amenable to 100% onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building 31st Street Bonifacio Global Taguig City

Job Expectations:

• Processing and Maintenance of Advisory programs submitted via Service requests routed thru the Front Office portal - 2IDW. These service requests can be new account inception/enrollment and program switches, maintenance of existing programs, termination and cancellation of advisory programs, ongoing billing of advisory accounts.
• Support inbound calls received via the Advisory Support line on queries regarding Advisory services programs. Queries relating to Fee Billing, Advisory Programs, Account Termination and Switches, Maintenance and ongoing billing of Advisory programs.
