What you’ll do

As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality cycle, including understanding requirements, feature design, testing, and automation strategy of software components across global deployments at scale. As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality cycle, including understanding requirements, feature design, testing, and automation strategy of software components across global deployments at scale.

• Work closely with the scrum team (development, Product Owner and scrum lead) to understand the feature requirement.
• Build the automation approach and decompose the use cases to test scripts and test cases.
• Automate test cases. Most of them need to be automated keeping in mind the scenario coverage.
• Maintain the regression automation and constantly enhance the automated test framework.
• Liaise with internal developers to plan and design tests for new features, software deployment, and recreation of system-wide cases.
• Develop and use tools and frameworks to build and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes.
• Create, review, and execute functional and non-functional test cases for new features developed.
• Analyze, identify and implement test automation possibilities.
• Able to set up cross-product development test landscapes.

What you bring

• BE/MS in Computer Science or equivalent qualification. 7+ years of relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience.
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in API testing
• Hands-on experience in test automation/API automation tools like TOSCA, JMeter, POSTMAN, and REST Assured.
• Experience in using any Bug Tracking, Test case management and Version Control Systems.
• Knowledge of Data Conversion/ transformation is plus
