Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

• Proaktive Einarbeitung in die verantwortungsvollen „Organizational Change“-Themen des Teams mit Unterstützung eines teaminternen Einarbeitungscoachs
• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen
• Aktive Mitarbeit in Transformationsprojekten in Kollaboration mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen aus einem globalen Team
• Erstellung von Präsentationen mit Microsoft Powerpoint
• idealerweise eigenständige Übernahme von Aufgabenpaketen rund um Change und Transformation
• Unterstützung bei Change-Aktivitäten (z.B. Kommunikationsmaterialien; Workshop-Koordination und Durchführungsunterstützung)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem großartigen Team plus verschiedenen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
• Bevorzugte Studienrichtung: BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
• Computer Skills: MS Office
• Sprachen: Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Soft Skills: Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten; Eigeninitiative und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise; hoher Grad an Selbstorganisation
• Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit vor Ort in Walldorf (gelegentliches Home Office möglich)
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Change Management oder Organisationsentwicklung von Vorteil
• Programmierkenntnisse sind nicht notwendig
• Erfahrung / vorheriges Praktikum in der Beratungsbrache von Vorteil

Mission

Wir unterstützen die Definition und Umsetzung der Transformationsagenda für die beiden großen Software-Entwicklungsbereiche der SAP gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Führungsteams, um unseren Kunden bessere Produkte zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Aufgaben des Teams

• Schwerpunkt: Aktivitäten im Bereich Change & Transformation in den beiden großen Software-Entwicklungsbereichen unterstützen und vorantreiben
• Führungsteams auf Vorstandsbereichsebene und darunter zu Change & Transformation als „trusted advisor“ beraten
• Eigenständig Transformationsinitiativen entwickeln und umsetzen
