As a Solutions Architect Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering detailed customer requirements
• Understand customer infrastructure (cloud and on-premises) deeply
• Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists
• Deploying the Noname remote engine and/or on-premise platform across supported cloud and on-premises environments
• Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations
• Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (or equivalent certifications)
• Have 6+ years experience in a technical capacity as a vendor for large enterprises
• Possess prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer facing role
• Have 2+ years experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as Kubernetes, Docker, Load Balancing, NGINX
• Demonstrate clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (REST over HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
• Have prior experience with API development, technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF
• Have working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Helm, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform)
• Master command line interfaces, scripting (Shell, Python), and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
