What you'll do
As an Accounts Payable support for MENA region, you will do:
- Processing of vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining vendor accounts, including open items management
- Ensuring accuracy in general ledger account maintenance
- Support with month-end and year-end closing procedures for Accounts Payable
- Responding to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate with vendors via email and ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal teams and SAP subsidiaries to streamline processes and ensure compliance
- Participation in cross-process projects and transformation initiatives
