What you'll do:
- Consistently grow and preserve revenue across existing clients.
- Building executive-level relationships as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of business and technology executives - proactively selling into multiple levels of an organization.
- Manage and deliver accurate forecasts for reporting
- Sustain high levels of client retention.
- Establish a reputation as a trusted advisor among targeted accounts
- Understand/ assess customer needs to identify upsell opportunities
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with businesses ranging from small to large
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What you have:
- Highly consultative with technical knowledge
- 3+ years of SaaS selling experience
- Coming from the mobile advertising ecosystem is a plus.
- Expert in relationship-building skills at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enterprise B2B renewal management experience
- Cross sell / expansion expertise
- Experienced with CRMs (ideally Salesforce)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Preferred experience in servicing SaaS products
- Preferred experience with mobile advertising / analytics landscape in Vietnam / Southeast Asia.
