Technical Excellence:

• 1-2 years of experience in FDD OR Statutory audit practice of Big 4 CA firms.
• Strong analytical skills .
• Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them.
• Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the target company.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong statutory audit experience.
