Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the company's executive team as-well-as with business and analytics' stakeholders, identifying and driving growth initiatives and putting in place the supporting processes and systems.
- Engage with the relevant business partners from different divisions to create dedicated task forces or similar working groups; establish the right setup and define the key metrics to facilitate alignment and drive swift improvement
- Partner with data subject-matter experts to identify business opportunities, and key levers that can lead to meaningful change and develop empowering data tools

Your Experience & Skills
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in business operations, strategic planning, or a similar role; ideally, at least 3 years of experience as an operations leader at a growing tech company, preferably SaaS
- leadership and communication skills that enables you to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills, with a background in data and business analysis and implementing change through data-driven methods.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, successfully driving execution and ensuring operational excellence
- Drive, adaptability, and a passion for thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Understanding of pricing strategies, customer value proposition, and competitive landscape is an advantage.
