4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
4+ years of experience in a customer facing role with any of the following: Compliance, eDiscovery, data retention, data minimization, data access measures, and risk management.
Technical aptitude with a deep understanding of data and cloud services.Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Responsibilities
Develop a understanding of customer needs and challenges, market pressures, and business opportunity. Be grounded in customer and business requirements and be the voice of the customer.
Provide subject matter expertise and lead technical and compliance conversations to prioritize, define, and validate eDiscovery requirements.
Work with customers to understand their data compliance and eDiscovery requirements across different business verticals and help the team develop roadmaps to achieve these requirements.
Partner with engineering product teams across Microsoft Security to identify trends and achieve data compliance and archive requirements as One Microsoft.
Ability to understand existing eDiscovery tools in the market.
Work with customers to onboard and support their eDiscovery needs for M365 and beyond.
Collaborative attitude coupled with ability to work toward customer & business goals.
Great communication and presentation skills.
