What you’ll do
- Manage projects related to contracting processes, and contract document maintenance and administration.
- Analyse, negotiate, draft and implement contracts as well as oversee contract compliance and remediation to minimize risk and exposure and provide optimal terms and conditions.
- Communicate with stakeholders to support contract remediation efforts.
- Measure/track performance and reporting requirements for compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Contribute to corporate initiatives including approved supplier program, risk assessments, and contract templates.
- Liaise with sourcing team, legal, internal customers, and suppliers to ensure all audit guidelines are met and adherence to Citi processes and procedures is achieved.
- Help in overseeing Contract Review Checklist and contract disposition data quality program (control, reporting and training).
- Support audit activities by responding to auditor questions and collect evidences.
- Escalate the issues encountered in contract disposition by working with the appropriate sector sourcing teams
What we’ll need from you
- 5-8 years of experience, preferably in Sourcing or Third Party Management or Risk&Control
- Experience in working with supplier contracts and eProcurement tools (e.g. GEP, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFX)
- Excellent English language knowledge both written and verbal, any additional language (French, Spanish, Italian) is an advantage
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage Projects and ensure tracking and completion by committed dates.
