Qualifications
- BS/MS/MBA from an accredited university AND 5+ years experience in product management roles delivering SaaS product with 12+ years of software industry experience and good understanding of Kubernetes service, virtualization platforms
- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services
- Track record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience with customer-centric and data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation
- Attribute customer obsession, a learning mindset, strong communication skills, bias for action, and generating energy across a diverse team
Responsibilities
- You will drive business impact across the organization on areas of ownership, in the HCI product and track success criteria
- You’ll own the strategy & roadmap for your areas of ownership and will take accountability for gathering customer and partner team input on the backlog and prioritization fo work to drive growth
- You will collaborate across multiple product management team as well as with user research, design, engineering, marketing, CXP, customer success, and more to deliver best-in-class experiences
- You’ll also identify both short-term (eg experimentation) and mid/long-term (eg feature investment) opportunities related to driving product growth and either deliver those yourself with your feature crew or engage and influence peer feature crews to garner support for those feature areas
